Physical Distancing:

For live shows: Require audience to be seated more than 10 feet from performer.

For live shows: Require show performers to wear masks upon arrival, while setting up and break down.

Require all event staff to wear face coverings and gloves when interacting with guests.

Require all MME staff to wear face coverings when within 6ft of others.

Recommend all shows and events be conducted outside.
Protective Equipment:

Require workers use gloves when touching shared surfaces or wash and sanitize their hands prior to and after contact.

Require all staff have face coverings and provided face coverings if needed.

Provide training to staff on proper use of protective equipment.

Advise guests to wear face coverings

Hygiene & Cleaning:

Clean and disinfect event equipment before every event.

Adhere to cleaning guidance from the CDC and DOH

Use approved, environmentally sound cleaning products that are effective against COVID-19

Provide employees with appropriate cleaning supplies

Prohibit shared food and beverage
Communication:

We will cooperate with all state and local health departments and venue management if an employee or guest tests positive, including affirmatively notifying state and local health departments and participating in contact tracing efforts to identify staff and guests who may have been in contact with the infected person (while also maintaining confidentiality pursuant to applicable regulations).

Screening and Testing:

Mandate that staff who are sick stay home (or return home) if ill

Implement day of event health screening practices which includes a questionnaire regarding potential COVID-19 exposure and symptoms over the past 14 days

Review all screening responses daily and maintaining records of this review

Report any positive COVID-19 cases to state and local health departments immediately

Prohibit employees with COVID-19 related symptoms from being involved with any events
