Magical Memories Entertainment is a full service event company and no party is complete without tables, chairs, tents and even some lounge décor. Magical Memories has a staff of dedicated professionals who will work with you to design the perfect layout for your event. We can work with you to provide everything you need to make your event just right.

Below you will see our suggested Tent Sizes for different types of layouts. You will also see some recommended party packages. Tents can be installed on grass or hard surfaces as long as it is even. Side curtains, heaters, fans and lighting are also available.

Please note that these are our standard prices and they may vary based on availability and location. Additional charges will apply for deliveries to venues that do not have first floor delivery access or that do not provide a safe, active and accessible elevator or equivalent. We do offer set up and knock down services at an additional charge. Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from time of delivery to time of return. All equipment must be returned dry and clean. Additional charges will be assessed for missing, broken, weather damaged or dirty items in addition to the rental fee.
